The Challenge: Hager’s sales team excelled at technical product pitches but struggled to adapt their approach for high-level decision makers like Fleet Managers and Sustainability Officers. They needed a way to move from "Technical Specs" to "Business Impact" (ROI, sustainability, and efficiency).
The Solution: I designed a 6-phase Sales Transformation blueprint that replaced generic theory with immersive, learner-driven simulations. This storyboard details a module where reps practice pivoting from technical spec-heavy pitches to impact-driven conversations. The design features persona-based challenges, a feature-to-impact card sort activity, and a bridge to AI-powered roleplay for real-time feedback.
The Result: A scalable strategy designed to improve deal quality and client engagement. By providing a safe "sandbox" for high-stakes conversations, the program allows reps to build confidence and refine their consultative selling framework before engaging with real-world decision makers.
