The Challenge (Technical Bridging): After staff completed online software simulations, a high-fidelity "bridge" was needed to ensure they could perform critical workflows (like patient registration and document management) under real clinic pressure before the facility went live.
The Solution (Blended Facilitation): I designed and developed a structured Scenario-Based Instructor Training Guide. This included a 3-day curriculum that balanced technical "Guided Demonstrations" with high-stakes "Role-Play" sessions led by Center Managers. The program was designed to be delivered consistently by instructors across diverse clinical regions.
The Result (Outcome Driven): Empowered facilitators to deliver training with 100% consistency. By moving learners from a "safe" online simulation to an active role-play environment, we reduced technical errors on "Day One" and ensured Care Navigators could navigate the Patient Hub, manage orders, and register new members with confidence.
