The Challenge (Strategic Alignment): Designed a high-impact, two-day intensive for newly appointed Center Managers to standardize leadership workflows and prepare them for a massive, 52-clinic rollout. The goal was to ensure management could not only assist in the initial week-long staff training but also sustain operational excellence after the core design team departed.
The Solution (Blended Curriculum Design): I authored a comprehensive curriculum grounded in Adult Learning Principles and Participatory Teaching Methods (75% "Practice by Doing"). The program included deep-dives into "Standard Work" checklists and a Center Leadership Playbook. I also integrated a "Train-the-Trainer" (TTT) module to equip managers with the facilitation skills needed to lead local role-play scenarios and daily huddles.
The Result (Performance ROI): Successfully enabled a cohort of managers to take immediate ownership of center operations. By providing a structured "source of truth" through the Playbook, managers were able to maintain 100% KPI adherence and safely scale their clinics while the central training team moved to the next regional launch.
