Role: Project Lead Learning Expereince Designer
The Challenge: AWH needed a scalable way to onboard diverse teams (Growth, Clinical, and Admin) onto a highly customized Salesforce instance. The goal was to ensure 100% competency in critical workflows—like "Azure SSO" login and dashboard navigation—before staff ever handled real member data.
The Solution: I developed a multi-stage simulation journey in Rise 360. I used a "Show Me/Try Me" methodology where learners first observe structured guidance and then move to an immersive "Sandbox" simulation. The course integrates virtual coaching, interactive card-flips for icon recognition, and a direct bridge to Salesforce Trailhead for continuous learning.
The Result: Enabled a "Zero-Risk" learning environment that streamlined the go-live process across all centers. Staff entered their roles with confirmed ability to manage sales, marketing, and customer service activities accurately within the AWH instance.
